Under Your Deck Installation Instructions:

Step 1-Attach the C-Channel
(provided)
Apply a bead of silicone between the top of the back side of the C-Channel and the house.  Use
Galvanized screws to fasten into the deck joist.(Not the House).  Then connect the Side C-Channel to the
inside of the joist, using galvanized screws, also applying a bead of silicone between the joist and the
back of the Side C-Channel.

Step 2-Creating the Slope
Recommended slope is Approximately 1 inch every 5 feet using wolmanized lumber.  To make it easy,
place a 2x4 in the middle of the deck and then place 2 2x4's together at the end of the deck.  On longer
decks, to prevent bowing, do not leave more than 8 feet between 2x4's.

Step 3-Attaching Panels
On one side of the deck, starting with the male end of the panel, place into the C-Channel against the
house and the Side C-Channel and fasten the Female side into the 2 X 4's using galvanized screws.  Next
snap the next panel into the female side and pushing tightly, fasten the other side to the   2 x 4's.
Continue this process onto the other side of the deck.  You may need to cut panels to fit around poles
and to fit into the opposite Side C-Channel.
